D2 is Aberdeen’s Premier Commercial Business Park being strategically located immediately adjacent to Aberdeen International Airport and with direct access to Airport Road which leads directly to the Aberdeen Western Periphery Route (AWPR) at the Craibstone Junction and to the A96. The site is also in close proximity to the recently completed exhibition and conference centre, P and J Live. In 2018 M2 Group acquired the remaining undeveloped land on D2 as part of a portfolio of assets purchased from Miller Group. In 2019 formal agreement was reached with Oceaneering to develop a new warehouse/office facility extending to 88,000 sq.ft. together with a large yard. Planning consent was subsequently secured and construction works commenced in late 2019. The building was successfully completed in September 2020, notwithstanding the issues caused by the Covid pandemic.

15 acres of undeveloped land remain which will be developed on a build to suit basis.
